PADI Open Water Diver
Discover the underwater world safely and independently
The Open Water Diver course prepares you to make your first dives with confidence. Through hands-on, progressive training you will learn everything you need to dive to 18 metres, covering the use of equipment, buoyancy techniques and the safety principles behind every dive.
Across the theory and practical sessions you will experience what it is to breathe underwater, control your movement precisely and communicate with your buddy using hand signals. This course is ideal for anyone starting out in recreational diving or planning to explore dive destinations in Colombia and beyond.
When you finish your training you will receive the international PADI Open Water Diver certification, valid for life and recognised in more than 180 countries.
What's included

Not included
- Certification dives: you need to choose one of our Colombian destinations from the experiences menu to complete the certification process.
Prerequisites
- Be able to swim: you need basic swimming ability.
- Minimum age: 10 years old.
